Hospitality and Galleria Greeters Training
We were delighted to design and host the Galleria White Plains awards in NYC this year.
The teams had completed their Hospitality and Galleria Greeter training that meant engaging more with the police and the public. Establishing the Galleria White Plains as 'The Place to Be' has been fun... especially as we delivered in Albanian, English and Spanish!
